Nutrition and Aging

Learn about how the foods we eat can make a positive difference in how we age. In addition to overall healthy eating practices for seniors, they will focus on nutrition strategies for bone health, sarcopenia, frailty, cardiovascular disease and cognition. Practical advice on identifying nutrition gaps, and choosing foods/ appropriate supplements for optimal health and disease prevention will be provided. Evidence based resources will be highlighted.
