Addictions in the Adult Population

"This presentation will focus on types of addictions, societal attitudes and beliefs, and ways to support someone struggling with an addiction. Services provided by Adult Addiction Services (formerly AADAC) as well as other available community supports will also be discussed."

Presenter: Joshua McLeod from Adult Addiction Services. The agency provides short-term outpatient treatment for those concerned with alcohol, other drugs, gambling, sex and concurrent disorder concerns. Services include individual or group counselling and women's specific services.
