Zoom plans to release the final version of Zoom Workplace that supports Windows 32-bit, with an anticipated last minor release version number of 6.6.0, on November 17, 2025. Zoom Workplace app version 6.7.0 will no longer support devices running on a 32-bit version of Windows. Zoom Workplace version 6.7.0 will be released on December 15, 2025.

What should I do?

Check if your computer is on Windows 32-bit.

Upgrade from Windows 32-bit to Windows 64-bit. Zoom recommends users upgrade the Windows OS of any Windows computer running Windows OS 32-bit to Windows OS 64-bit. As this upgrade will likely take more time than a simple application upgrade, Zoom recommends prioritizing these Windows OS upgrades. Consult your Windows computer vendor or your grandkids for 64-bit upgrade options.

NOTE -- Windows 11 doesn't have a 32-bit version and is 64-bit only. Installs will always be 64-bit.
