Falling in Love with Who You Really Are: Advaita Vedanta

This course is meant for those CALL members who seek to accelerate their spiritual growth.

A fundamental  teaching of Advaita is that the Divine which fills the universe as Brahman dwells within you as your Self or Atman.

In addition to exploring the philosophy of Advaita, this course will introduce several  spiritual and meditative practices designed to realize the Atman.  These include the use of Neti/Neti (Not This/Not This) designed to have the practitioner identify with Consciousness itself , the Who am I? meditation of 20th Century Indian Mystic Ramana Maharshi, and the inner use of the sound from which all sounds arise -- Om.

In addition to Advaita teachings, we will investigate  Patanjali's  system of Yoga and the bijas (seed syllables) and mantras of the Divine Mother.
